Blythe is Narya’s Head of Operations. She leads the firm’s platform and operations, spanning investor relations and reporting, compliance coordination, and portfolio operations. She brings over two decades of experience in capital raising, institutional development, stakeholder management and operations, with prior roles at Tipping Point Community (San Francisco) and McKinsey & Company (Palo Alto).
